ONE. has been blessed with a full schedule and we are doing our best to provide everyone timely services. We understand things come up in daily life, but as a reminder, our current policy states to call and cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

We will now be implementing a $50 deposit for all appointments scheduled. This will be applied to your service. In the event of a no-call/no-show, the deposit may be forfeited. Deposits are nonrefundable, however, If your appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled, we will gladly apply your deposit to your future service.

We do NOT receive text messages from automated text reminders. You can hit C to confirm, but there is no option to cancel, You must call the studio to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
